Joe Biden Thinks We’re Still in the 20th Century

Vice President Joe “Gaffe” Biden in a speech Wednesday asked a gathering of Obama supporters in Virginia, “where’s it written we cannot lead the world in the 20th century in making automobiles?”

No, it’s not out of context. It’s just Joe Biden being Joe biden. In it’s entirety, here’s what the VP had to say: “Once again, General Motors is the largest automobile maker in the world. Folks, where’s it written we cannot lead the world in the 20th century in making automobiles? I’ve not seen it written anywhere.”

Unless I’m gravely mistaken, umm, it’s been over a decade since the 20th century, Mr. Biden.

I suppose his incessant gaffing could be a number of things: either he’s an idiot, he’s on drugs, his panties get wrinkled when he’s speaking in public, or he enjoys those countless hours of fame on YouTube.
