American Airlines filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last year, and ever since, the company has been scrambling to reorganize its flailing financial situation. One proposal involves slashing labor costs — and, in turn, scraping the unions — by $1.3 billion annually.
And that’s when the crap hits the fan.
In response, an American Airlines flight attendant — along with a couple colleagues — decided to shoot a video parody of that godforsaken Village People song “YMCA.”
There’s going to be a whole lot more bitchin’ and moanin’ when American Airlines goes under. That’s what these schlubs fail to realize.
