Elizabeth Warren, the class-warfare touting welfare queen of Massachusetts, sees Obama’s “Buffett Rule” as the greatest development since women’s suffrage. But as usual, her hypocritical “greed” trumps her ambition to actually embrace her own skewed ideology.
That’s right, she has refrained from paying the government at a higher income tax rate, when the opportunity was staring her right in the face.
So Scott Brown, the RINO Republican from Massachusetts and Warren’s senatorial foe, is calling her BS.
Warren criticized Brown for voting against the so-called Buffett rule last week, which would have required millionaires to pay at least 30 percent of their income in taxes. In a statement, Brown’s campaign said Warren, the first director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, was essentially refusing to put her money where her mouth is.
That’s exactly right.
It’s hypocrisy and double-speak, combined with a strong dose of political ineptitude. Well done, Warren.
