Apparently, Debbie Wasserman Schultz was Obama’s fall gal for the Jewish vote — you know, because she’s a Jew. Accordingly, the President reluctantly approved her appointment as chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee (DNC).
Consequently, we’re all forced to endure her obnoxious musings on the national news networks, and of course, on the front page of the Washington Post and New York Times. Some say she’s polarizing. But in reality, she’s a pain in the posterior.
Anyhow, there are new rumors swirling that Schultz was not Obama’s top candidate for the DNC chief. Via an undisclosed source, the Shark Tank has the details:
The source told the Shark Tank that, “she (Wasserman Schultz) was not the first choice,” and that Wasserman Schultz feverishly lobbied her case of being a sitting ‘Jewish’congresswoman in a very safe Democratic district. According to the source, Obama was pressured into picking Wasserman Schultz because she impressed upon him that he needed her as a loyal foot soldier to run cover him and shore up his dwindling support with the Jewish voters as well as with women.
This shouldn’t surprise anyone. Obama has been in campaign mode since day one.
Evidently, once Jewbag-gate broke out, Obama stonewalled Ms. Schultz’s introductions — which I’m sure stung, just a bit. The feelings are bellicose enough, reports the Shark Tank, that Obama “does not want her in the DNC anymore.” And allegedly, the President himself told Schultz, “Don’t forget you work for me.”
Normally, I would never say this — but I wish I could’ve seen her face.
