Obama Attacks Paul Ryan’s Speech and Budget Plan

Obama has decided to censure Paul Ryan’s budget plan.  Why?  I’m not so sure.  The plan will inevitably be axed in the Senate, yet the President is overwhelmed by some compulsion to offer his two cents.

Maybe he’s just sore about his tumultuous budget plan that died in the House with not a single Democratic vote.  It is, well, quite embarrassing when you think about it.  Anyways, I like how Heritage described it:

Perhaps the President is worried about his own policies. He should be; they have failed to get the economy’s engines revving at full speed, and unemployment is still unacceptably high. On his watch, the debt has increased rapidly. Despite his rhetoric about “an obligation to future generations to address our long-term deficits, which threaten to hobble our economy and leave our children and grandchildren with a mountain of debt,” his ultimate plan would do nada.

Rolls of laughter.

And then he rails against Bush.

Yeah, that sums up Obama’s strategem: Blame Bush, blame the Republicans, and blame the evil one-percenters who support female genocide.
