Morris, of Fort Wayne, said that people should not recognize the 100-year-old scouting organization as a loving group.
Morris wrote a letter to House Republicans Saturday saying he found evidence that the scouts are a “tactical arm” of Planned Parenthood.
Planned Parenthood reported a statement calling Morris’ charges “woefully inaccurate.”
What’s funny is that Indiana House Speaker Brian Bosma, also a Republican, mocked Morris’ allegation by purchasing 278 cases of Girl Scout cookies and spent the day dishing them out to his fellow colleagues.
